We offer services in two primary areas:

  • Massage Therapy: This may include various massage techniques such as [Holistic, Shiatsu, relaxation, lomi lomi, deep tissue massage]. Massage is provided for relaxation, stress reduction, and general well-being. It is not a substitute for medical treatment, and we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

  • Breathwork Coaching: This involves guided breathwork sessions designed to promote, relaxation, reduce stress, enhance focus, and support emotional well-being. Breathwork is a complementary practice and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

2. Booking and Appointments​

  • Appointments can be booked via [our website, phone, email].

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • You will receive a confirmation of your appointment details (date, time, location). Please review this confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide you with sufficient notice and offer an alternative appointment or a refund.

3. Fees and Payment

  • The fees for our services are as listed on our website or as communicated to you at the time of booking.

  • Payment is due whether at the time of booking or at the end of the session.

  • We accept the following payment methods: Cash, credit card, Paypal.

  • All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy​

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25%.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-show") will result in the full session fee being charged.

5. Health and Safety​

  • Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate and complete information about your health history, including any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or medications you are taking. This information is essential for ensuring your safety and the effectiveness of the services.

  • Contraindications: Certain medical conditions may be contraindications for massage therapy or breathwork. We reserve the right to refuse or modify a session if we deem it unsafe or inappropriate based on the information you provide or our professional assessment.

  • Hygiene: We maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in our practice. Please inform us of any specific hygiene concerns you may have.

  • Breathwork Precautions: Breathwork can sometimes lead to intense physical or emotional sensations. It is important to listen to your body and inform us immediately if you experience any discomfort, dizziness, or pain during a session. If you have a history of certain medical or psychological conditions (e.g., epilepsy, severe asthma, psychosis), please consult with your physician before participating in breathwork sessions and inform us prior to your session.

6. Confidentiality​

  • We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and any information shared during our sessions, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

  • We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability​

  • Our services are provided for relaxation, stress reduction, and general well-being. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

  • You acknowledge that your participation in our services is voluntary and at your own risk.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.​

8. Code of Conduct

  • We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all clients.

  • We expect clients to conduct themselves respectfully and appropriately during sessions.

  • Any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the session and refusal of future services.​

9. Intellectual Property

  • Any materials, techniques, or information provided during breathwork coaching sessions are our intellectual property and are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without our prior written consent.​

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, North Rhine-Westphalia.

  • Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Schwerte, Germany.​

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or otherwise communicating them to you. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.​
