Welcome to our breathwork session!

Our body has a deep and profound intelligence that we often overlook, there is a pure soul somewhere hidden in us, waiting patiently, to come back alive again. It's locked inside in the dark corridors of our being, behind the ego structure. It has happened for almost all of us. When we were young, we encountered the harsh "real" world. And slowly, as we were growing up, we encountered traumas, and even if we might think that it was long time ago, for our body, the trauma is always in the present, only we are not aware of it. But our bodies have their way to release ANY trauma, and if we look back into our childhood, or if we observe a child, we will notice, that the moment a child is hurt in any way, he or she will go into a release process that will involve mostly crying, shouting, or in a severe case, even a tantrum. so why do we have trauma in the first place? Because as we were young, most likely, we did not have the space to allow our body's natural process of release, because of reasons like: we were punished for crying, ridiculed, got called being a girl, while crying as a boy, or being called not appropriate, while being angry as a girl, and so on and so forth. When we are going through a release process, and if it is interrupted because of safety or other reasons, the process gets pushed down somewhere into the subconscious, and we can even lose the memory of the trauma. This is why breathwork is so profoundly useful! Let me tell you a bit about the breathwork.

We start slow with connective breathing to help you connect more deeply with your body and promote relaxation. This initial practice sets the stage for the next phase, where we engage in deep and fast breathing to boost your energy and to switch off the prefrontal cortex, this part of the brain is what does not give access to our repressed traumas. This opens up access to the deeper parts of your brain, facilitating the release of long-held traumas, so the natural release process that your body did not have the space to go through, can happen now.
